AI visibility
AI visibility is how often, and how accurately, AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity mention and cite a brand when people ask questions in its category.
You can measure it with Google Search Console’s report on AI features, Bing Webmaster Tools’ AI Performance report and prompt tracking. In Market Radar, being visible in AI assistant answers is the top audience insight demand among US brand marketers, scoring 82 of 100.
Say–do gap (in AI adoption)
The say–do gap is the difference between what consumers say they do with AI and what they are measured doing.
Example: 57% of US consumers say they would let an AI agent check out for them; 13% have. Intent and behaviour come from different studies. Source: Market Radar. More figures like this are on the AI in marketing statistics page.
AI infrastructure for marketing
AI infrastructure for marketing is a connected foundation for planning, managing and optimising advertising investment across markets, brands and channels. It brings advertising data, business rules and human decisions together so AI can operate within the context of the business it serves.
