👋 Hi everyone,
Don’t you think there’s already too much noise around AI?
Every day we hear new trends, bold predictions, and promises to “change everything.”
This issue isn’t about that.
Inside this issue:
🧩 Quantum computing’s impact on marketing - how marketers will model faster
⚡ The future of agencies - what the shift to in-house really means
🏢 AI adoption among global brands - lessons from early movers
🧠 Highlights from Ad Age’s Future of Advertising 2030 - the shift from execution to orchestration
🌍 And a few moments from GITEX Dubai, Web Summit Lisbon, and Brand Week Istanbul - where the real AI conversations happen
AI is here to stay. Now it’s time to use it in ways that make marketing smarter, not louder. ☕
Let’s get to know each other.
Hi, I’m Serhat
I’ve been meeting amazing people from all over the world lately, thanks to Adin.AI. And every chat reminds me how small and connected the world feels when you build something meaningful.
I build ventures that grow fast and serve Fortune 500 brands. My belief is simple: when disconnected things start talking to each other (like data, brands, media, creativity, people), intelligence happens.
That mindset shaped my career. In my past ventures, earned hundreds of awards, 5x mentions on the Fortune 40 list, and a spot on Fast Company ’s Most Innovative Companies. The same vision now drives Adin.AI.
Anyway, that’s a bit about me. Now I’d love to know who’s reading this.

Google Quantum AI: What It Could Mean for Marketing
Google just announced a breakthrough in Quantum AI, claiming up to 13,000× faster performance than today’s best supercomputers. It may sound distant, but it will quietly reshape how marketing and media planning work.
Here’s how:
1️⃣ Faster data modelling – test thousands of media scenarios in minutes, not weeks.
Example: A planner simulates 1000 ad spend and creative variations across markets overnight instead of over a month
2️⃣ Smarter optimization – handle more variables at once: audience, timing, creative, context.
Example: A campaign automatically shifts spend between TV, digital, and outdoor based on live audience changes.
3️⃣ Sharper prediction – find complex patterns classical systems miss.
Example: Predicting which creative and channel mix will win in a changing market before launch
4️⃣ Media tech reset – agencies and marketing teams will rebuild their stacks around quantum simulation.
Example: A network offering quantum-powered scenario simulations as a premium planning service.
5️⃣ The human edge – machines manage data, humans keep meaning, empathy, tone.
Example: Machines will manage data and optimisation. Humans will guide meaning, empathy, and brand tone.
Quantum won’t replace marketers. It’ll remove the limits of time and scale. The next leap in ad investments starts where human sense meets machine speed
Will Agencies Die?
After reading Forrester Researchers ’s latest report, one question hit me:
Will agencies die ❓
No, but they’ll transform. In a few years, we probably won’t even use the word “agency.”
💼 By 2026, agencies will lose 15 % of their people.
💰 1 in 3 media dollars will move to “principal media.”
📊 85 % of marketers are reviewing agency partnerships.
🎬 Creative shops and production houses are merging into lean creative studios.
The in-house shift is real. 60 % of brands now run their advertising internally (Source ANA). The pandemic sparked it, and AI accelerated it.
Agencies without real tech or AI thinking will fade fast. The next generation won’t sell campaigns. They’ll sell systems that think 🤖
Ad Age Future of Advertising 2030 Research
This report normally costs around $600 to access, but I read&listen summaries for you and pulled together all the key insights that really matter.
🧠 Key Takeaways
- Creativity is splitting in two. AI is already strong in execution like animation, illustration, and production, but most experts doubt it will reach human-level ideation by 2030.
AI won’t replace creativity, it will reframe it. While it frees creative thinking, it will also disrupt production companies.
- AI agents are quietly being built inside agencies for planning, trading, and measurement. Trust and oversight will decide which ones survive.
- Manual execution is ending. By 2030, AI will handle most repetitive creative and media tasks, while humans move toward strategy and consulting.
AI will handle execution, but brands that keep human judgment in the loop will stand out.
- Search and content visibility will be redefined as AI-driven summaries start to dominate how users discover brands.
- AI-generated influencers are coming fast. But as cloned creators flood the feed, real human authenticity will become even more valuable.
- Conversational commerce is on the rise. People will start saying “book me a flight” or “order paper towels,” and AI assistants will do the buying. Brands that build loyalty now will be the default choices.
The next advantage won’t be data or budget, it’ll be how fast teams learn and adapt with AI.
Next decade’s playbook: Blend human and AI collaboration in every workflow. Build systems that evaluate and guide AI decisions. Keep experimenting. Constant testing beats waiting.

When Even JP Morgan Says Marketing Is Broken
The need to manage ad budgets efficiently has always been there. But somehow, it never gets solved.
A Financial Times story shows almost half of global ad spend is still wasted because of inefficiency. Even JP Morgan’s CEO Jamie Dimon said it clearly: “Marketing is not like finance. It’s inefficient by nature.”
After that, we met JP Morgan’s Global CMO to talk about how AI can fix this. We also spoke with teams from Apple and Cathay Pacific. Yeah they all wanted to know more about ADIN.AI
Those talks made me realize something. Many industries will use AI, but marketing will feel it the most.
💬 Personal note: I’m not here to scare anyone, but I think CMOs with branding backgrounds should move faster on digital and AI.
If you want to discuss how, feel free to reach me.
